Well, who would have thought it... I only just realised that, to the date, six years ago, I graduated C25K...?

So, in true Floss style, here goes...You know the tune

Thanks Floss. I’m doing ok. The season is tough but I’ve taken a bit of time off work this week before going on call over the holidays. I haven’t been able to get outside to run but I bought a new treadmill that connects to a virtual platform. It allows me to run all over the world and surprisingly I’ve been enjoying it. Who would have thought I would find joy in a treadmill but you do what you got to do to just keep moving.

That sounds like the kind of treadmill I would like! Mine is in my disgusting basement and faces a blank wall. (Borrrriiiinnnnggg!)

The funny thing is I wasn’t even looking for that, I just needed a new treadmill. It was an added bonus when I realized what it did. It requires a subscription of course to get all the features but the first year was included since it is an older model and I am taking full advantage of it. Mine is a NordicTrack and it uses the ifit platform. There are Proform treadmills that also do this. It was well worth the money, especially since we are in an icy, icy deep freeze again with lots of wind.
