I do run 10km quite regularly now, but it took me about six months after doing my first one to be able to do multiple of them per week. And some weeks I do much less running than other weeks.
At my recent peak of activity I was doing two 10km runs, a 2 mile run, a parkrun (5km) and a long run (up to 21km) each week. That's a lot of running! This week the weather hasn't been particularly favourable so I've cut back a bit.
10K three times a week? Wow... I try do 2 x 5K and 1 x 10K in a week. Might be one 5K run less if life is acting difficult. But I keep the 10K to once a week only. Of course, I only ran my first 10K in June or July I think. Have ran 1 ten miles just last weekend. But I don't think I'd be able to run 10K three times a week 😶
I did my first 10 miler back in March. I only got to doing three 10km+ runs per week back in September. As you extend your longest run, the other runs become easier. (However, doing the local parkrun has become a little easier, but not by much.)
