Well done , But jumping from week 2 of the plan to 10k is definitely not recommended.
The safest way is to follow the 10% rule .
Increasing distance no more than 10% of your previous weekly total
Yes l know! but I've never been one for rules. It felt right for me. Peace
You are taking a huge risk of injury ! It may have felt right for you but
over use injuries come out of the blue and could stop you running for weeks or even months .
The 10% rule is for your own benefit .
There have been many rookie runners who have fallen by the wayside by ignoring the proven methods of gentle progressive training methods.........
Don't join them !
Yes I here you! I know you mean well.
I had a car accident few week's in to my 5K had a sezure while driving smashed into a bollard, Very lucky to be here.
So I wish to accomplish as much as I can. So live every day like it's your last. It not for everyone but it works for me. Peace
What were the reasons for your seizure whilst driving? Have you been checked out?

I can only offer you advice by warning you that your risk of injury is hugely increased by pushing on too quickly .
Take a look at the post in this link !
healthunlocked.com/couchto5....
At the end of the day you will make your own decisions, however you post is not helpful to the general readership on the forum who are following safe and proven methods to safely improve their running and fitness.
Stay safe !

Totally agreed with what others have said.
For me it was trying to do 5km in 30 minutes on my graduation run that led to a major ankle sprain and four weeks on the Injury Couch with two visits to a physio. It then took me another two months to get back up to 30 minutes.
I do now regularly run 10km and more, but it's taken me a year to get to that point.
Theoretically it's possible to double distance or time in 8 or 9 weeks using the 10% rule. Exponential growth does that. However, you've absolutely got to be careful even doing that.
It is very easy to get carried away and ignore little niggles which are actually big warning signs.
Muscles develop much more quickly than ligaments, tendons and joints.
With all respect that you. not me!
We are all able to make our own decisions, but it's reasonable on a forum like this to ensure that the safe message is clear. In this case take it steady, follow a tested, safe training programme and the injury risk is reduced. It's sensible advice rather than a rule, but totally your choice.
Obviously you are pleased with your accomplishments and have a personal reason for "going for it"
Hopefully you will remain injury free and continue to enjoy running, but it's probably worth reading about safe training programmes.
Now you know you can do 10km maybe ease off and let those running legs develop 🙃
