So Wet

First 10k this year been doing 5 ks.

Yesterday was so wet but decided lets go. More like a bath than a run. So pic show time and distance. Used Nike Run club 10k pod cast. Aged 74 I was pleased with time but should have worn a wet suit, hmmmm
