I decided to do a bit of JRS for a change today and will see how the hip is later in the day. It seems an age since I last did this and I must admit it was a challenge especially as I was out a bit later this morning and my normally quiet country lane was like the M6 However did manage to complete the session but not running or sprinting very fast but there was definitely a change in pace. 🤣🤣. Off to the gym later for some strength and flexing work. Happy running everyone 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️
