A bit of JogRunSprint this morning 🤣🤣

I decided to do a bit of JRS for a change today and will see how the hip is later in the day. It seems an age since I last did this and I must admit it was a challenge especially as I was out a bit later this morning and my normally quiet country lane was like the M6 However did manage to complete the session but not running or sprinting very fast but there was definitely a change in pace. 🤣🤣. Off to the gym later for some strength and flexing work. Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Yes not doing too much at the moment cos of my hip but it’s not feeling too bad atm so will see how I am overnight and if I’m ok will try to do a JRS session once a week

Well done! How are you feeling this evening? Epsom salts are fabulous for easing sore joints and relaxing muscles ☺️

Thanks for this advice. Have osteoarthritis and waiting for steroid injection not much longer to wait now though. Using Epsom salt baths etc for the time being though. Just trying to keep running a bit to keep mobile etc.
