I did a 2 mile walk this morning in 31 minutes quite pleased with that but only leg work after that cos ;

Apparently I appear to have torn a tendon in my arm so no upper body work for me in the gym until I see the physio on the 26th this month.

I may try to increase my distance tomorrow when I do my run, on another note I seem to have influenced my daughter in law, she is on week 3 her words were if you can do it at your age then I thought so could I.

Cheeky beggar but if it gets them off the couch?

Boo to your injury but hurrah for influencing your DIL! I hope the physio can work some magic on your arm 🤞

So sorry to hear about your arm doggytail, I hope the physio can help you sort it out! But well done in getting out walking - and of course for getting your younger generation to start running as well!
