Magic plan... Thank you!

I started (and finished) the magic plan early 2020 with the intention of competing the Cheshire 10k in the spring. Guess what happened next!

I was totally put off running during the initial lockdown because I felt like I was encroaching on people's space as all green space was in use (this was great, just not good for running)

I got my distance back up and completed the Altrincham 10k last weekend in 58 mins which felt great. While I had been avidly following bridge to 10k group last year I lost touch a little, thank you everyone for your support and posts, it really helped gain confidence in my running ability!

My new challenge is getting my son up to 5k.

Fantastic effort we’ll done, you need to go grab that lovely 10k badge new, especially with such a great time. Good luck getting your son through c25k. Happy running 🤗
