After a 2 year Covid hiatus I’m back to running a management course at Malham near Settle. So beautiful.

I thought I’d work off my stiff Parkrun legs with a 6 km around the Tarn. This was at 1.30 pm before the course started and I realised afterwards why I prefer early morning runs while I’m at maximum energy.

Not far away. The tarn is a couple of miles off. One of my favourite places in the country.

Stunning area, we climbed the steps up and back down a couple of months ago when we were staying nearby, that was a challenge

Love it here! An awesome place to run.Went on a school Geography field trip to Malham and fell in love though I haven't been back for yonks!
