not long now untill i get my 2nd medal that will be my 10k medal and i have my 5k medal then my hm willbe next .i can not take all this in this time last year icould not run for more tham 1 min thanks to everyone on here for all your help and great advice the c25k realy works so to all who is just starting te c25k you can do it they say slow and steady and you will get there am not that fast but i dont care i can do it at my pace which i think it is average speed and if i want to slow down then i slow down as long as i do it thats all that matters i would not say that i have the runing bug but i enjoy it 2 or 3 times aweek i try to do a longer run at the weekend about 10 miles that will do me at the moment so good luck to everyone

Good luck to you Paul for the Great Manchester Run which is a 10K, last year it was televised, not sure if they are showing it on the TV this year. I hope you enjoy your run.

Good luck Paul. You are an amazing runner, you’ve never given in and you’ve kept on getting better and better.

I remember your posts about how worried you were to leave the treadmill and run outside for the first time.
