Oops, sorry and how could i forget your HM, your doing so well, i did my first 10k yesterday in 3 months, i'm still running, but not as much, and usualy only 5/6k's, but there's no way i'm going to stop the running, as it's helped me so much, both physicaly, and mentaly!Good luck for your 10k race. π
That's a pity, the 10K race that was supposed to be run this Sunday has now been postponed until October.You seem to like running a lot of 8K's, I like that distance because I usually take around 1 hour, sometimes a little longer and like the other week a little shorter, the last time I ran an 8K my time was 56.02 and the following week 56.14, I have not run an HM, congratulations to you for doing that.
Thanks AlMorr, yes it's a nice distance..I only run a 5K now if I want to up my pace, but I think my favourite distance is a 10K.. you are fast on your 8 KS...ππ¨I think your favourite is running those parkrun s and not parkruns.. you've certainly ran many!!! Congratulations to you for doing that π

Do you know not too bad, thank you. Iβll be honest and say I didnβt feel great a few hours after it yesterday. I think my blood pressure dropped a bit - I had to go and have a lie down, but thankfully apart from tight calves today I feel good! Like you I think the next runβs just going to be a just for the pleasure of it really short recovery run. Iβll follow your lead and do some nice no pressure runs - just see where the wind blows me! Yay sounds like a plan Sparky! Sorry your race got cancelled, but that gives you more you running time π. Tomorrow is triceps and biceps, so my upper body can ache as well π, it was feeling left out. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
