Got new trail runners

Sacony Pergrines. As before, the guys at Runners Need in Clapham Junction got it right first time.

I had a little jog of less than 2K in or local park to give them a trial and they were great.

Proper run tomorrow so I can give them a longer trip.

I certainly won't get lost in the dark with them!

Bit grumpy - did too many single leg calf raises at the weekend and am restricted to walking. My calf has almost recovered so maybe tomorrow I'll be out
