Only doing one run per week at present and doing some gym work to see if that helps hip. So far I’m not convinced it’s making a difference although did some roller work last week on the affected hip which did seem to ease the pain at the top of my leg/hip area. Still no word from drs so no further forward re referral for physio or orthopaedic bods ☹️☹️☹️
