Well that was a sticky nd muggie 5k run this morning, picked the pace up at half way thinking this is it a 5k run under 30 minutes not to be but I knocked 9 seconds off my PB 👊👊 30.43 is the target to beat now, so I can say happy with that, happy running peeps..😉👍
