Thanks, I really missed being able to run and getting back was harder than I expected after just 2 weeks off. It was nice to get the 5k under my belt today x
That really is a fantastic achievement🙌🏼🏃♀️. Have a fabulous weekend x
Well done Crimson51. Inspirational! I couldn’t get to that time not in a million years. How do you do it. I have an excuse as where I live is in the countryside with farms ,fields etc and dreaded hills and inclines! ........I know what your going to say “ so do I “ ! 😂😂😂😂.I’m trying at the moment to get my 5k under 40 mins. 39 mins would be great ...so wish me luck!😂😂😂
But honestly great time and great pace!👍👏👏😀

Thank you Now63, I'm sad to say that I don't live out in the countryside. I was brought up there as my Dad worked on the farms but alas I'm living on the edge of a city. The good thing is it's nice and flat. I never set out to run fast, in fact I didn't realise I was doing it! I run on my own and tend to use the NRC app. (I like the company ) so I compete against myself. I just like to see if I can get a little better/faster/less pooped etc each time I run.
A couple of seconds off your time each run and you'll soon be doing that 5k under 40 minutes, but whatever time you manage, it's the trying that counts xx

Thanks Chrimson51. Yes that’s quite true it’s the trying that counts. I have to say I I too run on my own and find the NRC app good company too although I do prefer to run on my own and just enjoy the nature etc.😀😀😀xx
