Hi I’m not long finished couch to 5k and I’m trying to build up my running. Today I ran 6.3k and I felt so proud the reason I stopped was I’m still using the c25k podcast to time it and ran the walking at the end to make my run longer. Can anyone recommend a longer one that still gives timings to run to while my music play? Thanks

I’ve switched to Runkeeper and NikeRunningClub, both with free offers. Runkeeper has different voices and can tell you speed and time and all sorts of other stuff.
I use 10k trainer by c25k. It’s great just gives a little beep and a ‘start running’ message. It has the c25k on there but I used it to start building up to 10k.

Congratulations on completing c25k! I also use Nike run club when I feel like a guided run, other times I'll just play music or listen to podcasts (I choose the podcast based on the length of time I want to run that day) 🙂

Strava also gives spoken audio cues for elapsed time, distance and pace, and can be set to announce at either kilometre or half-kilometre intervals. It has to be switched on in the settings as it’s off as default.
