Week 2 of the Magic Plan

Thought I would do the 2 runs per week programme but managed 3 last week and this morning did run 1 in week 2 - 3km. So maybe I can do 3 runs per week. did it in 18'25". Pace was 6.04 so not bad I guess, though the timed programme has a target time of 15 mins. TBH honest - it's enough that I finished!

Well done. And, in case you might have misread the magic plan, the times (like 15 mins) aren't recommended target times for the distance. People choose to either run by distance or by time. For example, their goal would either be 2.5km OR 15 mins, not 2.5k in 15mins.Happy running!
