…or Yet Another Virtual Vitality London 10,000 Post.

Super impressed with myself, this is my first 10k since March last year - before ‘lockdown’ was a word you’d apply outside of a prison. Right after that I knackered my knee falling over my daughter’s bike while teaching her to ride, had 6 months of visits to physios and surgeons before deciding to give up on running for a while. I started again in March this year, back running 3k at a time so it’s great to hit this milestone again. 😀

Wow, great work getting back to 10k after such trauma, and a brilliant time for it too. Happy running 🤗

Wow, you must be feeling great to have done 10k after your injury! Huge well done and don’t forget to celebrate!

To be completely honest, I had to go have a nap to recuperate. Does that count as celebrating?
