Well I've done well this month upped my distance in this month to 90K and my longest run to date 14K π
Really thrilled with my progress on my HM training..
Was a beautiful early morning run today 7am shorts vest top bottle of water in pocket βοΈ
All was going brilliant, rabbits bounding in the feilds, first run I can say I had no calf tightness at all.. I always wondered if this would ever happen.. so was feeling great...till... Around 7 K I took a tumble..slow motion..six strides till I went over π© lay a min to assess the damage.. grazed bloody knee, sore hip and hand on the left side.. but after some water.. I felt I could carry on.. in fact my last 3K were my fastest!
No permanent damage I hope..I've had my shower and feeling fine.. fingers crossed π€
