Probably wise choice to rest for another couple of days and see how you go Saturday. 😊

Yeah I'm not rushing into it, I'll definitely go probably Saturday morning steady away, there'll be no PBs Saturday..☺

Brilliant run Anna! Unfortunately I didn’t get out this morning. Got ready to go but left it too late as it was extremely warm so me thinks if this weather keeps up I’ll have to get my derriΓ¨re out of bed earlier πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚Sunday I’ll run now as tomorrow lm going for my second vaccination so Saturday probably will be a no show.....but you never know!

Anyway well done.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘x

It did get very warm today. It’s hard getting up earlier in the morning but it does kinda set you up for the day and one less thing to do..🀣

Good luck with your jab, I’ve to get mine in a couple of weeks.

Xx

Good early morning run for you yesterday Anna, hope you you enjoyed it.It was my birthday on Tuesday, my neighbour, that's the one who I take his dog Holly a walk every day gave me a birthday present of a GT Brand watch, it has several features including health data, workouts including walking and running, heart rate, stress and something called SP02 /pulse rate, at the moment I am learning how to use it, however, I did look at my heart rate first thing, it seems to average 52 which isn't too bad, that was a very nice birthday present he gave me.

Hey Alan,

Yes I did enjoy my run. T’was a nice temperature, not too cold and not too warm.

Happy Belated Birthday! πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‚

Ahh that’s so lovely you’re still walking Holly every day. Your neighbour sounds lovely and that’s a really thoughtful gift to buy you. Enjoy your new toy x

Belated Happy Birthday Alan. Great Neighbour and what a great present. SpO2 is used for measuring pulse oximetry, the level of oxygen in your blood as well as your pulse/heart rate. In Hospitals it is connected to a patient monitor which connects to a sensor on your finger. Must be a really good watch. My Birthday was 2 weeks ago. My next door neighbour just came over and drank my beer. πŸ˜€

Thanks Damien about that information regarding Sp02, about your birthday, he should have given you a few cans of beer, not drank yours, by the way tomorrow will be my 50th (not) parkrun πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘.

PS, the app says my Sp02 earlier today was 96%, I don't know if that is low, medium, high or dangerous and/or I should get to hospital immediately, perhaps you or Willow & Solo might know.

96% is perfectly normal Alan. You would have to be wearing an Oxygen mask to get to 100%. πŸ˜€Enjoy your 50th (not)parkrun tomorrow Alan. Oh and my Neighbour did me a favour, I had made 190 pints of various homebrew beers over the past few months. I can't drink them all myself. πŸ˜€

A lovely Juicy Session IPA

I've had homebrew before. Deadly! 🍺

If it was in the low 90s I'd be concerned. If it was straying into the 80s I'd be ringing for an ambulance. 96% is normal.

Thanks Damien and nowster, I am happy to know that my Sp02 is normal, 190 pints of homebrew beer, wow. πŸ˜€πŸ˜Š
