Don't usually do these types of runs on Saturday as I'm always working and use them as rest days. Anyway I'm off so I thought I would make the most of it. 8k run, son took to football and then the 4 of us into town for kids to pick carpet for their rooms, back to watch the footie. That's a Saturday lol
