#notparkrun So I knew it was going to be a rainy day and I would need to get my kit ready the night before, Shorts, Socks, long sleeve, and short sleeve tops. The intention was to Run a tarmac 5k so to the above I added my Ghost 13's, forgot to set an alarm so arose later than normal (no bad thing as I have been struggling to sleep recently), so change of plan, the pavement route would be full of Cars and people so alternative route decided. Warm up and out the door, then back in the door for headphones as it is hard to hear an NRC run without them. Warm up walk is all uphill, then the Run starts with a little flat pave before heading of on the trails, the trails were to put it mildly slippy honestly I think I did 50% more steps than if it had been dry.

And you know what I enjoyed every minute, yes even the toxic ten felt fine!
