First 7km of my life! Still doing Ju Ju’s Magic Plan. Not sure I feel like a ‘runner’ yet but I’m quite amazed that I’m achieving what I am. I had a hard 5k on Tuesday with ‘heavy’ legs, but my first 7k felt better yesterday. I’m trying to watch and learn about pace more. So chuffed 😇

Congratulations on your 7k.Heavy legs is often a symptom of dehydration.

As a runner you should be looking at drinking around 2.5 to 3 litres a day , even on non running days
