So I listened to you wise and wonderful VRB's and tried a headspace Run, hmm jury is out still, I had a nice easy Run and it felt good so from were I was 4 Runs ago a vast improvement in mindset, the speed can come much later. Just glad to be back out there, this is my Run No 5 since being on the IC so easy does it.

Well done. I have to be in the right frame of mind for the Headspace runs - I wouldn't use them all the time. They're great for me in times of stress so suit me at the moment.
Yes it was, and yes he is, I see you are just comming back from a back issue, the same as me, I was out for 14 weeks so just starting slowly building up the time rather than thinking about pace, currently I can do a 60 min run but really slow and off road helps limit the impact.
14 weeks.. 😣 It’s just rubbish sitting on the sidelines isn’t it?
Back to 60mins sounds v positive though! 👍🏼 Are their certain exercises that have helped you get back on track?
Given the pain I’m in today I think I just need to get back on the IC again and see a physio. I want to work on strengthening and outright prevention, not managing the issue. Ho hum.
