First Jools I know it is a day late but, my Daddy and Daughter lunch turned into a Daddy and Daughter Session, instigated by Her I must add so Sunday Run did not happen. But today with your advise ringing in my shell likes I slowed it down concentrated on just the Run, managed a full Hour (first time since back from IC), nice and slow trail Run managed to keep to HRZ2 even on the uphill sections. A lovely morning Sun was shining loads of Birds about and really tranquil, only saw 3 Dog Walkers and one other Runner though my route was a bit off the normal tracks, feeling really good now so thanks’ to all my VRB’s great to have you here.
