And I'm back

Just completed week 1 run 1 & feeling good I've made a start! I completed C25K 3 years ago carried on running for a while, then I went on holiday and didn't bother keeping it up after I come home.

So I'm back, going to do run 2 on Tuesday 😊

Welcome back to C25K, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.

If you hadn't been off running for too long you would not need to repeat the course in full, but if you have not ran for more than 6 months then it would be best to repeat the whole course, good luck. 👍
