My first run post couch to 5k was a pleasure. I'm consolidating with 30 minute runs to build strength. Today I felt bouncy and stopped at 30 mins anyway as I want to keep some in the bank and remain uninjured.
I carried on using the couch to 5k app week 9 and just changed instructor. (I immediately felt unfaithful !! Seriously? Yep!). Loved the feeling of bouncing around the field to "Underworld" with a big smile on my face

Welcome and well done on your first consolidation run .And yes you can post here or on the c25k forum, I pop into both as most graduates do ! this will probably be the place for more ideas on what to do next ! 😁
You're very welcome to post here about consolidation runs...but be warned once you've comfortably hit 5k, this is also the place where there'll probably be some gentle nudges towards the 60 minute / 10k plan. We all love a good plan 😆👍
