He’s much better .. hurrah! I managed a 30 minute run and got a PR on one of the segments.. it’s a great feeling to be almost injury free and long may it last .. I smelt a lovely lilac tree, heard a woodpecker and saw two squirrels 🐿 🐿 in love .. I get my 2nd jab tomorrow too .. yea .. I sound happy don’t I ? Because I am 😃

Glad your much better and Colin much better and back on the wagon again. Good luck on your 2nd jag tomorrow 🤞. I got my 2nd Pfizer one on Wednesday night no side effects and none on first. Must be one of the lucky ones but everyone is different . I never ran just in case will leave to Sunday now just a short one . 😊

Glad you’ve had no reaction to your second jab .. I was ok with the 1st so hopefully will be ok with 2nd bar a sore arm .. I’m on the AZ one .. have a good run on Sunday 🏃‍♀️😀
