Hi. I may do a further consolidation week for C25k as I graduated a couple of weeks ago but I’m interested in Bridge to 10. Which is the correct App for it?

Hi Chesterlove , there isn't a "correct app" - you can get to 10K in the way that suits you.
I didn't use an app as by the time I'd completed C25K I'd had enough of being told what to do throughout my run. Instead I used JuJu's Magic Plan, which I recommend highly as it's super-simple and flexible: healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...
Others have used Nike Run Club and Garmin apps, plans and guided runs, but as I have no experience of those I can't comment on them.
I'd suggest Juju's Magic Plan. Depending on how fast or how slow you run, you can also first do her 60 minute plan to reach 60 minutes and then continue with the 10K plan to reach 10K. G'luck!
Thank you. Keep wondering whether it’s achievable but as I thought that with C25k I should know better 😀
😂 that’s true!
My graduation distance was about 3.3km in the 30 minutes...so after 8 Consolidation runs I started the Magic Plan for time.
I graduated with 6km covered in my 60 minutes. I then started the distance Plan.
I slowed down in the last weeks, taking 2 recovery days after every run.
I ran my first 10k on the 7th March...7 months after starting C25k on the day after my 65th birthday ☺️
Yes...it is definitely possible and doable. Slow and steady will get you there 😉
Happy running 🐌🐢🏃🏻♀️🥰
