I’m back! Hopefully that’s allowed 😅 I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do after the 10km, and I found the days between my 5km runs starting to grow, and I didn’t want to sink into old habits. What kept me on track last time was reporting to you guys! So I’m doing it again, starting from Week 3, I guess this is a “Consolidation Magic Plan”. 1st run done and dusted!
Magic Plan v2: W3 R1: I’m back! Hopefully that... - Bridge to 10K

Yeah Welcome back, 🙌 and good on you for posting.. like me I take great inspiration from posting, keeps me accountable 🙏I also have an excersise/run chart on my kitchen door.. seeing any gaps stops them becoming regular..
It's spring time now much more enjoyable out there 🌞🌻🏃🏃♀️
Week 3 run 1 is a good place to start..
Good luck and look forward to seeing your regular progress 🙏👍🏁

For me too, posting after runs keeps me accountable. It also helps with reflecting on a run with the stats in front of me and trying to see if there was anything I could do differently.
During a run, the watch gives me three things:
- How long have I got left?
- Am I going too fast (again)?
- Has my heart rate gone up (again)?
Afterwards, I get things like, "Yes, you did keep pace up that hill, but you slowed down when you went down the other side."
