Well that was a shock to the system. A cold 3 k this morning and because of a road closure it was like the M 6. 🤣🤣🤣 but another run done. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done you for running in such cold conditions. 🥶🥶I got up yesterday at 6am and looked outside to see everything glistening with frost, so went straight back to bed. Got up a few hours later and managed to get a run in before it snowed🥶. Can't wait for the warmer weather😎
