I’ve started dipping the lower legs in currently icy waters of Lac Leman after weekend runs and am finding that my legs are less painful afterwards. Certainly more appealing than an ice bath (Brrr!) and it feels invigorating.
I’ve been trying to convince myself to slowly get acclimated to colder water - starting in the summer and seeing how far into the autumn I can go.
Happy Sunday, everyone!

Sounds wonderful, although I think I'd have to get my legs in the water pretty slowly. I'm sure it will be lovely in a couple of months after those warmer runs. I imagine the scenery is great, too
Hey CP - it is grim in a way because the cold almost stings but it’s also invigorating. Lac Leman is indeed stunning - I’m at the Geneva end so benefit from the lake and the Rhone. Did you get a run in today?
