COGH Caspian Sea

Just added my 5k run to the COGH site and can see we are running near the Caspian Sea. Great progress. I am finding this relay very motivating although my running seems to have gone downhill ( not literally) this week as my social life has gone up. Next week I hope to show off my new t-shirt. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜ƒπŸŒž

Isn't it incredible how quickly the relay team are moving?

I last ran on Monday and have had a sore hip since so I am gutted that I cannot contribute to the COGH at the moment. Hopefully should be all right by next week. πŸ™

Hope your hip is better soon but be careful. I'm really grateful to all those that have organised this challenge. πŸ˜€
