So, maybe I should've skipped last Wednesday's run (and possibly last Sunday's too.) I've decided discretion is the better part of valour and going to leave at at least another few days before I run again, if I am brave I might wait until next weekend. That niggle in my calf is still naughty. So that means I have to paint the fence and cut the grass instead. Rather be running.

Get well soon, Rennur. Just don’t overdo yourself with the DIY.
Take a pair of scissors to cut the grass and rest the legs in the meanwhile. Win win situation. The grass is being handled, you don't have time for the fence and the legs get rested. Cheers!
Hope you feel better soon.
