And here I am on the final week! A 4km run tonight, delayed a couple of days due to work. I was a little stiff at the start but soon loosened up. 5° outside. I’m getting used to this lark! 10kms is only two runs away…

I got a calf niggle that has made me go back a bit but I am still running. Stay injury free and can't wait to hear about Run 3.
