Run 10/03 - Kilimanjaro + COGH 3,50 km

Hiya,

For my 30 minute run today I tried running on 160 bpm music again in the hopes to run slower again. My cadence was ok, around 160 spm and more or less continuous. But I have no idea about the speed, as I have done some fartleks between minutes 10 and 20. Those scew the average pace a bit of course.

Friday will be a normal 30 minute run without fartleks, so I will have a better view on my pace. I really should get a grip on it again, because otherwise I fear I won't be able to reach the 60 minutes.

This run was 3,50 km and my first run in the Conqueror Mount Kilimanjaro as well as the fifth run in the COGH challenge.

On to more! Cheers, Evy
