Think I may have been affected by lockdown and running has suffered to some degree, in that not doing any much and haven't felt like doing any! Think it must have become more of a mind thing this time, anyway, we got out today as the weather was good with the Sunshine, calm before the storm? Picked up the running after some walking and although it felt so hard, I felt better afterwards for it..
And have been talking about excercise and maybe about the best machine other than a treadmill which would be noisey for use in the home and maybe a crosstrainer would be better, then oldfloss came to mind with her crosstrainer, and I mistakenly called it the Flosstrainer! 😂 Sounds apt really though doesn't it.. How are you Floss!? 😁
Must be those happy hormones doing thier job! 😊

A Flosstrainer is exactly what you need and amazingly useful. I have been using mine to keep everything going on my comeback routine! I love it.. and I pop in the earphones and am trying to learn Welsh again whilst I exercise!Glad you got out, it is such a weird time isn't it... worse than the first lockdowns... ? Not sure why . But the sun called and you answered ... go that girl... We had sleet and hail here today!
I am doing okay, thank you ... slow and steady... what else... last run of Couch Week 4 tomorrow !
