So happy to get out on only second run of the week and second run after 4 week break, and having just finished major job - today the sun came out, the postman delivered this shiny medal and the blossom is out in the park. Hurrah ! Only 4km Jeffing 60:30 today but Garmin said it was PB for 1k and 1mile though strava begs to differ. I don’t mind.

Gorgeous Juliet, the beauty of blossom, not reached us yet so thanks for the preview, just getting going again myself after a month not running, my record on run 2 was my slowest ever 5k! I don’t mind either 😄🤗

Oh my look at that blossom, ours isn’t out yet it was out end of March 2 years ago when we went for our first run, i will go look at it on our next run to see how it’s coming along but definitely not right out Nice run too and woo hoo at the medal
