Following a bad bout of IBS which kept me in last week, now we are under snow which is on top of ice, so no running for a while. Think this will be the longest without a run since I started! Should have been in Florida this month so would have missed all this bad weather. Can’t wait for the world to get back to near normality 😢

Yay for east coast snow, hope you are feeling better soon . Best to avoid the ice just now, you know the runs will still be there and the snow will eventually go but in your part of Scotland this may take a while. Snowed all day yesterday and night even at my low level, standstill in the village. Take care🤗

I hope you're feeling much better Womangolfer. It no fun being ill. Maybe just some walks for now in the snow . It really works the legs 🤗🤗

Frustrating isn't it. I think there are a lot of us who feel your pain. But it can't last much longer and a warm spring day for running is not far off and we will appreciate it all the more 😊
