I should moan less

My last post was that of someone a little broken. I should moan less. I should also know when to calm down with regards to the demands I place upon myself.

I'm back running regularly and enjoying it. I'm slower, more considerate to my body, with a slightly tweaked technique. Injuries happen for a reason and I should appreciate them for what they are, a sign I'm likely doing something wrong.

It's good to be back.

Well Daiwalker sometimes a moan helps 👍

But you're back running, and you know your body and what it's telling you!

Welcome back. Slow is good, there are no races at the moment so what’s not to love about a long leisurely enjoyable run. Happy running 🤗
