It's been a bad month running - wise. After an epic 11.5k on 28th Dec (longest run! ) I didn't run again til 9th Jan because I wasn't well and then I had to isolate because hubby & son had covid. 2 tests say I didn't have it!
Anyway, once I finished isolating I made myself go out for a little 3k run, then a couple of days later a 4k, but found both quite hard.
Yesterday after another day at the computer, I decided to have a nap, but then changed my mind and decided to go for a run. (Thus claiming the moral victory 🤣)
I'm not sure what happened! I started out at my average pace, then I was aware that I was feeling quite comfortable, but I didn't realise I was going so fast! 3 x sub 7 mins per km! And not a bad time up a big hill! I was so pleased. Long and short of it is I've got my confidence & my mojo back. Hurrah!
