I was on FaceTime with Sandie1961 and we were discussing what we wear to run when it is cold. I said I run in a buff. Mr Sandie was obviously in the room as I could hear him say “in the buff, she will catch her death!”

🤣🤣🤣 I ran 4 times our very slushy village today in my shorts, couldn't quite make out what whe old dears wrapped up in their winter jackets and woolly hats were saying about my attire but it wasn't very complimentary

Well there are a few runners who run naked as well, but not in the buff sense, to new people here, running naked means running with no electronic devices, not running naked with no clothes on.
