A virtual hug for my VRBs and neighbours

For those of you following my posts or 2020 challenge you may be aware I've been displaying words on my hedge over Christmas. The community find them inspiring and people chat to me about them and post about them. I've been asked to continue, originally until schools went back but that's not happening any time soon 🤣 So today I share my hedge art with you. Happy running everyone 🤗🥰

That’s really lovely Granny, I bet your neighbours wonder which word will pop up next.

We have decided to leave the lights on our holly bush until after lockdown too. We think of them as winter lights rather than Christmas lights.

A wonderful display Grannyhugs, after the present crisis is over and the schools are back, you could change "hugs" to 'C25K', that way some of your community with your help could begin the course. 😊 🏃🏾

Thank you, but I’m afraid I’m very much the slow granny in this community. It is full of very fit young things out running 4min Km’s on a daily basis. I do a quick 1k exit out of the village so they don’t see me 🤣🤣🤣

Nice to know that in your community there are many people like yourself who are fit and run, irrespective of distance and speed, I am sure that those 20 minutes 5K runners respect the amount of running you do, for example 3/10Ks in 3 days is excellent.

You are right, my son in law is one of the speedsters and does up to 1/2 marathon distance. After my 10 mile/2hr run yesterday his response was he’s never run for that length of time🤣 and he’s a PT in the army🤣

Hi. All OK with me thanks. Yeah I'm still running. Just for one thing or another don't seem to have that much spare time.. Which I don't really know why due to the current situation we are in I'm doing very little! I'll try and put an update on soon. I do keep dipping in here tho to see what folk are upto, and also strava. I 🤔 think maybe I should spend more time on here than other social medias.... As this site is a lot more positive!!! 😊 Pleased u r doing OK too x
