43:43 I'll take that. Just have to repeat that next week or do better.
For next weekx for a new challenge on one day, I have seen Roseabi's simple speed intervals which look eminently more achievable than the C25K plus Speed podcast.

Brilliant! Well done 🤩🥳
Well done reaching your 1st 5k, such a great feeling. Happy running 🤗
Well done! What happens now is more consolidation...with 5km as your base run, not 30 minutes. Some runs are better than others...you’ll get into the swing of being more laid back about running...each run doesn’t have to be a PB. I’ve done a few now, and my fastest is still a walk/run on my 1st Consolidation Run! 😂🙄😬😘
Er I will stick with Ju Ju's Magic Plan (time) for now, so I will try a short run 20 min run with intervals (first attempt was disastrous - too many speed intervals) a long run - increasing one run by 5 minutes every fortnight and a good old fashioned 30 minuter. Festina lente and all that. Maybe by then 5K (4K??) may be my baseline.
I didn’t realise you were doing the plan 🤦🏻♀️
It’s good to have a bit of structure...and amazing to think that 30 minutes becomes the standard run, when it was such a big deal on C25k 😊
I’m a naturally slow runner (due to age probably), so even though I have my 60 minutes badge...I still ran only 3.47km for my 30 minutes in W8...an increase in 0.13km over my graduation run ☺️
I’ve now moved over to the distance Plan...and now the 5km is the “standard” run...I’m happy to achieve a sub 50 minutes 🐌
Happy running 🥰
That’s a fab first 5k, Rennur. Be pleased and be proud!!
Fab run and great to have a plan going forward too happy running
