Beautiful frosty morning for the last run of 2020

It was cold and frosty but clear and sunny so a great day to end my first running year. Having made a commitment to the C25k in Jan this year I’ve continued to run throughout 2020 and am pleased to say I now feel like a runner, albeit a slow one.

For 2021 I’ve decided to restart Ju Ju’s 10K plan and today was the 2nd run of week 1. My first run of 2021 will be the long run. COVID restrictions depending I’m hoping to do my first 10K in Cardiff for the St David’s Day run. It will be my first ever race. If not possible I still hope to complete a 10k before the end of Feb.

Happy New Year to you all. Thanks for the inspiring posts, they’ve helped me to keep going in all weathers. Good luck to everyone who has new run targets for 2021. Keep healthy, keep smiling and keep running.
