Not sure I have the experience to recommend something but the Zombies, Run app actually has interval training as well. In case you need a bit more of a story to listen to, to keep you entertained! I’ve never done them though.
The free version of Runkeeper has also some Intervall presets/ programmes.

Hi, you could try the Nike Run Club (NRC) app. There are plenty of interval sessions on there. As long as you’ve got earphones or headphones you should be fine.
They are really good and I’ve found them very helpful in working out my various paces (mile, 5K, 10K etc.) I didn’t even know I had different paces until I tried intervals!🤣

It all depends on whether you want to have someone work things out for you or if you want to work things out for yourself.
Some intervals type runs can be done without prior planning. Fartleks are that sort of run.

There are some great runs on the Nike running club app. I'm not very disciplined but I enjoy running to my interval playlist - one slow track followed the a fast one for 5k.
