What a lovely day. Following a 7.2 K run last time I thought I would give the hamstrings a rest and do a 5K for my 16th Consolidation run. Well, I cracked 40 mins , got 7 PBs on segments and splits and got shouted at by my mate Ian as he dashed past. Now 40 mins might sound a long time to you but for this 67 year old non sportsman ex smoking blast furnaceman its a blooming miracle. Chuffed? You bet I am. Tier 2 pint!
