Well with a heavy heart I ran this morning to complete my December Challenge...

Warning Depressing bit coming up ,

Unfortunately Iost my kind of father inlaw - early hours this morning extremely suddenly... total shock...

I ran to tunes by The Eagles this morning in his memory (his favourite band) and took a pause to reflect and say goodbye under a beautiful sky.

I know he'd be proud of me and would have wanted me to complete it ... x

Very well done to you on completing your December 100km Challenge. So sorry to read about the sudden loss of your father-in-law. Very sad and especially at this time of the year.

Well done Dutch-Fraggle and I’m sorry to hear this sad news. I think you dealt with this in a very practical, positive way by going for a run 👍🏃‍♀️ as there’s no point in stopping itv that would make you feel worse 🤗 keep going 🎄🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Sorry to hear the sad news about your father-in-law. But well done on that run - a nice 5k and of course on completing your challenge. 100km is a pretty impressive total - I'm sure he would be proud of you

Well done on completing the 100km this month, with over a week to spare. 👍

I can sympathise. This has been an awful few weeks for us too. We held the joint funeral for my partner's parents on Friday. 😢

Give your other half a hug. They may not be showing it, but they'll probably need it.
