Hello and enjoying the strava art 😁. I have restarted the runnings again and building my way through c25k again and added in a boot camp once a week. Was lovely putting my runners on again. I am going off plan though for a run Christmas morning. This year has mostly been rubbish and finding running and that I could actually run has been my safe and happy place. Thank you for your welcome, your support and your wise words 🤗.
