Just a short 7k today! 🌞

Well, was planning two days rest, and running on mon, but the forcast for mon is rain here, and it's nice and sunny today, so of i went with my daughter, was just going to see how it went, did a bit of usual route, by harry potter, then onto the canal, was actualy a faster pace than usual, chatting all the way, so felt pretty comfortable, got to 7k, even though daughters fitbit watch, said 8k 🤔, and decided that was enough, then a nice 15 min, warm down walk home! ☺

Actualy find running with my daughter easier, probably would have pushed further, but she said her ankle was hurting, i've told her, not to over do it!!! 🤣

Lol just the short 7km 😂😂 Good you got out yesterday in the nice weather for your run! It’s raining hard here today, adding to all the massive puddles around on runs I’ve had to pick my way through. I’m impressed you chat all the way round on your runs with your daughter. You must have your pacing just right to do that 👍🏻
